My journey with sourdough began during COVID, when I was looking for a new hobby to enjoy at home. With years of baking experience under my belt, I was ready for a challenge—and sourdough provided the perfect opportunity to explore and grow.
One of the first challenges I faced was mastering the art of shaping a sourdough loaf. It wasn't easy, but thanks to the guidance of professionals in the field and a lot of practice and experimentation, I gradually turned that challenge into a strength. For me, the entire process is incredibly therapeutic, and it allows me to express my creativity in ways that are both fun and fulfilling. After all, the beauty of sourdough lies in its endless possibilities—the loaf might not always look picture-perfect, but its taste is what truly matters.
